::Rum is the drink of choice on the islands and this beautiful distillery was a gem. The drive to get there was fascinating, as you drive by Mt. Pelee, which was alternately shrouded in clouds and sun. The grounds were well kept and appealing, and they had a tasting room and were very eager to let you sample their wares. There was also a well set up tour and some great photo opportunities. Best of all, the main house was magnificent.

::La distillerie, la demeure et la visite de la propriété sont magnifiques. Nous pouvons voir la canne à sucre, puis tout le processus de la fabrication du rhum, puis le déguster en boutique pour en acheter et revenir avec quelques bouteilles à la maison. Pour le restaurant Le Moulin à Cannes, je peux dire que l'accueil et le cadre sont très biens. Les menus sont très bons et les prix sont corrects. C'est un bonne table.
